Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and digital innovation.
* Champion the adoption of cutting‑edge financial technologies to automate processes, eliminate manual tasks, and deliver real‑time insights.
* Ensure robust financial management, monitoring and reporting.
* Work closely with the Vice Principal/CFO, Principal and Senior Leadership Team on the management of the college's finances.
* Actively plan for recruitment and succession to secure the right skills for future needs.
