As an NHS and Compliance Coordinator, you’ll bring experience of administration in a complex fast-paced environment, demonstrable call handling skills and excellent IT skills. You will have the ability to provide a professional, courteous, sensitive, and empathetic approach as well as be an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and flexible individual.
As our NHS and Compliance Co-Ordinator you will:
1. Act as the primary contact for the NHS England contracts
2. Ensure KPIs are met each quarter and communicate with NHS England on any queries or concerns raised with regard to this
3. Proactively manage and track the progress of all referrals to ensure each stage of the pathway is fully planned and booked
4. Effectively work with key stakeholders to ensure waiting time targets are achieved in order to ensure KPIs are met
5. Responsible for all NHS reports via the data landing portal, adhoc requests and data analysis
To succeed as a NHS Co-Ordinator, you will need:
6. Experience working within an administrative role
7. Good IT and keyboard skills, Intermediate knowledge of databases and excel
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
9. Takes ownership and prioritises tasks to ensure deadlines are met
10. Effectively liaise with key stakeholders within Nuffield and NHS to ensure contract milestones are achieved and the contracts are run to maximum potential.
11. Knowledge of NHS service including pathway care
12. Previous experience working within a hospital / healthcare environment
