As a Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:
• Managing day to day accounting operations including AR, AP, GL, inventory and fixed assets
• Preparing and issuing all monthly and annual financial statements
• Overseeing cash management and treasury activities
• Coordinating budgeting cycles and forecasting requirements
• Managing internal and external audits, ensuring strong financial controls
• Leading and developing the financial reporting team
As a Financial Controller, your experience will include:
• Being a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Demonstrated experience within group reporting structures
• Proven background as a financial accountant or finance professional
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and reporting requirements
• Competency with ERP systems, ideally IFS, and intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• The ability to analyse, challenge and improve existing processes with clarity and precision
