The pay range for this role will be £28,142 - £31,537 Band 5 (pro rata for part time colleagues). To promote fairness and consistency, all new starters will begin at the bottom of the pay band. Do you have experience in the following types of Highway Work and are committed to improving the public highway for our residents and visitors? Experience in Highways Maintenance – patching, remedial repairs Experience in Highways Construction/Resurfacing - Small and Major highway improvement schemes to the network Experience in the deployment of Traffic Management on rural and urban roads, including high speed networks Class C1 or Class C driver’s licence Ability to remain calm and polite when engaging with members of the public The successful candidates will operate from either Hatch Pond Road Depot in Poole or Southcote Road Depot in Bournemouth.
