The role
will entail partly administrative duties and partly working with systems and analytics, so a background with both will be key for the successful candidate.
What we are looking for:
1. Experience working with systems / analytics
2. Experience with learning new systems
3. Previous experience in a similar role
4. GCSE, or equivalent, in English and Maths
5. Ability to compose clear, accurate reports
6. Experience of administration work, preferably within an educational environment
7. A good working knowledge of effective administrative systems and processes
8. Excellent interpersonal skills and confident telephone manner
9. Customer focused
10. Experience of working with highly confidential information
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
12. Be able to show initiative
13. Excellent organisational skills
14. Excellent communication skills
15. Computer literate – including being extremely proficient in excel
16. Willingness to undertake group induction training and a strong commitment to CPD
