Assistant Operations Manager (Admissions)

Salary: GBP 40,000 per annum

Hours: Full Time role (37.5 hours per week). Requires flexibility to attend events, some during evenings or weekends, with time off in lieu provided.

The Role
The Assistant Operations Manager will support the effective day-to-day operations of the Admissions department. This includes planning, coordinating, and delivering activities such as Open Days, testing sessions, and engagement events.
The role will also focus on driving continuous improvement by reviewing and enhancing operational processes and procedures. Working closely with the wider Admissions team, the Assistant Operations Manager will help optimize workflows, maintain accurate records, and support the use of admissions-related technologies.
