Tendering Admin
An initial 3-month contract with the possibility of extension, based in Ellon supporting the company’s electrical customer service team.
Key Responsibilities
* Taking technical reports and supplier prices and generating customer quotation for approvals.
* Updating our CRM with status of quote.
* Tracking the status of quotes in the system.
* Working with customer support team & operations team to pro-actively push for information to allow quotes to be completed.
Skills and Experience
* Experience using D365 and MS Office (particularly Word & Excel).
* IT Savvy.
* Some experience working with quotes (desirable)
* Proactive and a quick learner
