Project Manager - Engineering & Manufacturing
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full‑time, permanent

A growing engineering and manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects ranging in complexity and size. This role is central to ensuring that all projects move seamlessly through engineering, production, and delivery stages while meeting agreed customer specifications, budgets, and timescales.
Working closely with internal teams across sales, production, engineering, and design, you will act as the primary point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external customers. This position offers autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to influence project success end‑to‑end.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project approvals and oversee the build process to ensure smooth progression through engineering and manufacturing.
Schedule and coordinate multiple concurrent projects from conception through to completion.
Prepare, manage, and issue all project-related documentation.
Liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships and drive project progress.
Oversee the design office through the design manager, ensuring design outputs meet project requirements.Experience & Skills Required
Proven project management or project scheduling experience within engineering or manufacturing.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience delivering projects involving electrical engineering elements (advantageous).
Operational knowledge or understanding of Sage 200 within a project environment (advantageous).Salary & Benefits
