Key responsibilities:
* Supporting the development of a Secondary Education desk across Birmingham
* Building relationships with schools and education professionals
* Sourcing, screening, and interviewing teaching staff
* Assisting with business development and client outreach
* Providing a high-quality service to both clients and candidates
* Managing candidate pipelines and administrative tasks
