We're looking for a Pre Works-Coordinator to join our Transportation team based in Birmingham. In this role, you will plan and schedule work for both internal and external operations, ensuring a high level of service is maintained.

Location: Birmingham - travel to the office required with remote working available
Hours: Permanent Full-time – some flexibility on hours available, just let us know when you speak to us
Salary: £25,000 - £29,500 per year + benefits
What will you be responsible for?
As a Pre Works-Coordinator, you'll ensure compliance with corporate procedures, relevant job packs are prepared, work programmes are clear, and records are maintained.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
* Producing detailed works handovers and planned works
* Scheduling works and coordinating with gangs
* Liaising with planning and delivery teams to ensure jobs are properly planned, cost-effectively
* Assessing plant and material needs, undertaking risk assessments, safety checks, toolbox talks, audits, and reviewing productivity targets to manage budgets effectively

* Ability to work as part of a team
* Competency in Microsoft Office
