What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the class teacher to deliver fun, engaging lessons
* Working 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils grow academically and emotionally
* Creating a safe, positive learning environment where every child feels included
* Encouraging independence, confidence, and resilience in students
* Helping with classroom activities, learning resources, and daily routines
* Building strong relationships with children, staff, and parents

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who brings warmth, creativity, and enthusiasm into every lesson. You’ll also need:
A passion for working with children Strong communication and teamwork skills Patience, positivity, and a caring nature A desire to support pupils with varying needs Experience in a school or SEN setting (bonus, not essential!)
