Role Description
We are seeking a full-time IFA Administrator to join our on-site team in Sevenoaks. The IFA Administrator will play a critical role in supporting Independent Financial Advisers by preparing client documents, processing and maintaining client data, and liaising with product providers and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing compliance documentation, coordinating client meetings, responding to queries, and ensuring accurate record-keeping to maintain a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and record-keeping
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
* Attention to detail and commitment to working within compliance guidelines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and team members
* Competence with financial systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office tools
* Experience working in a financial services environment is preferred
* Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team in a fast-paced environment
* Relevant administrative is an advantage
