About the job: This role specifically focuses on autonomous vehicle technologies for EMEAI customers. You will be responsible for developing AV portfolio-related business plans and strategic customer engagements to support sales in designated market segments and ensure customer success, aligning with our Keysight Leadership Model.

Responsibilities:
1. Identify and drive AV opportunities to grow the AV business, penetrate the market, and gain market share.
2. Find and develop strategic and emerging customers to build partnerships, and maintain relationships with business partners at all levels.
3. Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities (e.g., Autonomous Driving, Connected Car), develop strategic directions based on market insights, and create compelling market analysis presentations.
4. Act as the interface between customers and the Automotive and Energy Solution Business Unit.
5. Lead sales engagements and business development projects, coordinating with other functions, customers, and third parties.
6. Develop and execute NPI strategies, sharing knowledge and insights with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1. Strong relevant work experience focusing on automotive applications (e.g., in-vehicle networks, connected cars) in a customer-focused environment.
2. Deep understanding of and network within the automotive ecosystem (chipset manufacturers, OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, system integrators) from R&D to manufacturing.
3. Proven knowledge of automotive sensor technologies such as LiDAR, RADAR, cameras, from component to system level.
4. Understanding of development processes according to the V-model, including SiL, HiL, and ViL testing.
5. Knowledge of automotive standards for AV, such as NCAP.
6. Ability to translate complex customer needs into end-to-end solutions through professional consulting.
7. Customer-first, solution-oriented mindset with a positive, sales-driven attitude.
8. Bachelor's/Master's degree or higher in Electrical, Communication, Computer, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
Nice to have qualifications:
1. Expertise in simulation, RF, mm-wave, and RADAR technology.
2. Fluency in German is highly advantageous.
