We’re looking for a Transport Coordinator to join a busy and proactive team within the construction and manufacturing sector. This is a full-time, office-based role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth and cost-effective deliveries across the UK.
What you’ll be doing:
* Confirming deliveries with customers via phone and email
* Liaising with suppliers and booking both standard and specialist haulage
* Scheduling daily transport and loading needs
* Handling general administration and record-keeping
* Working closely with sales and production teams
What we’re looking for:
✔ Previous transport/logistics experience with good UK geographical knowledge
✔ Strong organisational skills, able to manage priorities under pressure
✔ Confident communicator who builds great working relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
✔ Computer literate with strong attention to detail
✔ Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm (30 min lunch)
Friday 8:30am–1:30pm (no lunch)
