The Sales Manager will
* Report to the General Manager
* Have a strong commercial outlook, be sales and revenue driven, determined to achieve results, and be able to demonstrate your network knowledge
* Develop both new business and account manage the business from predominantly Corporate, Business Groups including MICE, knowledge of other sectors is an asset
* Stand alone role no direct reports
AsSales Manageryou will have
* Experience of being a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Area/Regional/Cluster Sales Manager, Director of Sales as a minimum.
* High standards, a can-do attitude, be results driven and have excellent attention to detail.
* A strong commercial outlook, be sales and revenue driven, determined to achieve results.
* The flexibility to visit clients, a good understanding of the Daventry area
* Excellent customer care, communication, account management and negotiation skills.
You must have worked in hospitality, currently live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
