WHAT TO EXPECT
A varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and enhance data-driven solutions
2. Translate business needs into scalable, web-based tools using SQL and web technologies
3. Identify when Excel-based tools need to evolve into enterprise-grade systems
4. Take full ownership of your solutions, from concept to delivery
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Finance, HR, and IT
6. See your work in action—used daily by thousands across the business
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
A strong foundation in data and web technologies, with a passion for problem-solving.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server or other relational database systems
8. Experience with web-based development technologies, primarily C# MVC
9. Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
10. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
11. Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
12. Ability to mentor and support both users and team members
