The Role of CSA is develop a portfolio of customers within a territory to achieve targeted sales growth whilst ensuring that the highest level of customer service and support are provided at all times.
The person must be energetic, enthusiastic about hitting, achieving company targets and be able to demonstrate the following
* Computer literate, numerate with very good verbal and written interpersonal skills
* Understanding customer needs and how to communicate effectively
* Experience in achieving targets
* Worked in a Sales/customer service environment
* Ability to establish and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally at all levels
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Keen to speak to people on the phone, ingoing and outgoing
* Excellent written communication skills
* Adept with technology
* PC Literate
* Experience in selling
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Ability to prioritise busy workload
* Excellent time keeping
* Ability to demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail, thoroughness and a methodical approach to work
* Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with others
* Ability to consistently uphold the core Company values
