Project Coordinator Pay, Hours and Benefits
£27,000 - £30,000, dependant on experience
39 hours per week, Monday Friday, 8:00am 4:00pm

Project Coordinator Role Overview
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process from initial enquiry to product launch ensuring timely releases that meet market demands.
Project Coordinator Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in project coordination or project management, ideally from within manufacturing.
Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
A confident and calm communication at all levels.
Competency in MS Office applications.
Education to A Level or equivalent and above.
A logical, solution-focused mindset.
The motivation to drive improvements and meet key deadlines.
A collaborative approach and willingness to work across departments.
Project Coordinator Key Responsibilities
Coordinating the process for UK and USA markets, from enquiry through to product release.
Working with Sales Operations, Technical, and Production teams to identify priorities based on sales data and future projections.
Collaborating with their US-based partner to support design requirements overseas.
Liaising with UK agents and dealerships to arrange sourcing and transportation.
Managing the ordering of replacement parts for new kit development.
Ensuring all projects follow the stage gate process with proper documentation and approvals.
Supporting production planning to ensure necessary stock is available for launch.
Driving the pace to meet commercial deadlines.
Maintaining and sharing updated lists for regular marketing communications.
