Rare opportunity to join this market leader within Playground Equipment, Outdoor Gym Equipment, Sports and Fitness Equipment plus Park and Urban Furniture Manufacturer within a Sales Operations Manager capacity, you must have managed an internal sales and administration team and have access to Leeds, this is an office based role Monday to Friday, leading and developing the team.
The Role:
 1. Our client manufactures Playground Equipment, Outdoor Gym Equipment, Sports and Fitness Equipment plus Park and Urban Furniture.
 2. Your role as the Sales Operations Manager is to ensure the smooth running of the sales process between the end client and the field sales team
 3. Managing a team of 7 Internal Sales Co-ordinators who are a mix of Pre and Post Sales focused people.
 4. Office based near Leeds - Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm).
 5. You will be responsible for training, development, recruitment and dismissals
 6. This is a brand new role created through growth
 7. You are very much the back office function for the business, working throughout the bidding and tender process
 8. Part of the UK Leadership Team
 9. With your team you are responsible for all pre and post sales activity
 10. Analyse Sales data and prepare regular performance reports for presentation to the UK Leadership Team
