Location: Fulwood Barracks, Preston, PR2 8AA
Pay: £13.34hour
Hours: 37.5 (5 days over 7, including occasional weekends)
Shifts: 8-hour shifts, between 06:00 and 20:00 – enjoy your free evenings!

What You'll Do:
* Cooking and preparing food ready for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
* Organise and coordinate fine dining and hospitality events.
* Train and mentor, all team members.
* Follow recipes and maintain kitchen records.
* Placing orders and stock rotation, carrying out regular stock takes and completing the relevant back-office paperwork.
* Assist with stock checks, orders, and deep cleans.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a similar contract catering environment.
* NVQ Level 2/3 or experience working in a busy kitchen environment.
* IT skills, great technical communication, and Microsoft packages experience.
* Good knowledge of food production methods, keeping up to date with new methods.
* Extensive knowledge on Allergens and the impact/awareness needed.
* Impeccable leadership skills.
