Are you a recent university graduate with a passion for Regulatory Science? The Global Regulatory Sciences (GRS) Future Leader’s Graduate Programme at Pfizer is your gateway to an exciting and impactful career. Over the course of 24 months, you have the opportunity to rotate through multiple functions within GRS gaining hands-on experience and comprehensive leadership development, setting the stage for you to become one of tomorrow’s leaders in the field.

Upon successful completion of the programme, you will transition into a full-time role within Pfizer’s GRS team where you will continue to grow and make an impact to patients’ lives globally.

The start date for the programme is 1st September 2025

This role will be accountable for:

1. Working across GRS functions (strategy, policy and intelligence, labelling, operations, chemistry manufacturing and control) supporting key regulatory tasks and deliverables across programs, disease areas, and region(s) for global regulatory sciences
2. Be accountable for timely planning, preparation, submissions and approvals of program(s) deliverables in the designated region
3. Be accountable for ensuring optimal regulatory interactions with Health Authorities in relation to the assigned project(s) within a designated region.
4. Role can be combined with other GRS function activities based upon priorities.
5. Project(s) assigned can be in early development/registration and/or at post-authorisation stage across categories.
6. Partners with project teams and other customer groups (e.g. R&D, commercial teams) to ensure required regulatory contributions meet business needs and are provided to the project teams, to established time and quality standards.
7. Ensures regulatory contributions achieve the objectives in the strategy, achieve established standards, maximising overall project delivery time and probability of success and facilitating post-filing activities.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

Indicate qualifications and skills that are necessary for performance of responsibilities including: education, relevant experience, licenses, certifications and other job-related technical and managerial skills.

12. Required: First Class or Upper-Second Class Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field. Beneficial: Master’s (Distinction or Merit)
13. 0-2 years’ experience in a business/corporate environment
14. Career aspiration in regulatory sciences
15. Team-oriented
16. Innovative thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
17. Change agile; take action on projects quickly
18. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information and analyses to a variety of scientific audiences in both verbal and written format, including to senior management
19. Presentation skills - Is effective in a variety of formal presentation settings; one-on-one, small and large groups, with peers, direct reports and senior managers
20. Negotiation skills - Can negotiate skillfully and diplomatically in tough situations with both internal and external groups. Gains trust quickly of other parties to the negotiations

Provide the primary groups or key role(s) that this role will interact with as a regular part of the Job remit. Include any external interactions as appropriate.

21. Works with GRS colleagues and relevant project team(s) members (i.e. Clinical and Project Management, Development Operations, Global Regulatory Sciences, Worldwide Risk Management, Worldwide Safety Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Global Manufacturing Compliance and Legal)
22. Works directly or indirectly with external contacts in Regulatory Agencies within assigned region(s), as well as relevant experts and key opinion leaders
