The successful Breakfast Chef de Partie will be expected to support a working environment which promotes a positive attitude, pride and good moral whilst ensuring high standards of quality control, handling and storage of commodities to current legislation.
Breakfast Chef de Partie responsibilities include:
* Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
* Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
* Assist other members of the chef brigade.
* Prep for breakfast and lunch service.
* Liaise with Head Chef for ordering of breakfast stock.
