The Welwyn & Hatfield office
are now looking to recruit people who live in
Borehamwood, Hatfield, Potter's Bar and Welwyn
areas, and who are looking to ultimately make a career working within the Adult Care Sector- this is your chance to join the fastest growing service industry in the UK, and the leading provider of care to the elderly.
We are now seeking people to work with our elderly clients and can negotiate with you your availability - tell us what suits you, and let us work our magic (within reason).
We are also very happy to speak to people looking for a couple of hours work each day, including weekend's - so if you are retired, bored, in need of extra income, looking for new friends, or keen to give something back, then give us a call.
We do require all staff work their agreed hours on alternate weekends - essential.
You must be passionate about what you do,
with your own car - essential because we travel
between clients and 'drive them to appointments' on a daily basis.
You must also have a full British Driving Licence.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK and this will be established later during any recruitment process. We are currently NOT licenced to sponsor people and are unable to use people currently sponsored by other companies.

Job Description
We provide the full spectrum of care to our clients, personal care, help in the home, and companionship services. We pride ourselves on the quality of our care and are looking for new people to join our team of highly trained and skilled adult care professionals.
As an employer we care for our staff and ensure that all are fully trained and this training is maintained and added to throughout your time with us - We continuously professionally develop all our care professionals and pay you while we do so.
Rewards include:
+ A working day that suits your availability.
+ Hourly rates of £12.00 per hour and with added benefits average £14.00 per hour.
+ Higher rates for working evening and weekends.
+ Double time if working Bank Holidays.
+ Travel Expenses paid at £0.30/per mile - £0.45/per mile.
+ Recently introduced paid travel time between clients (some restrictions apply).
+ All training including workshops and e-learning fully paid.
+ Minimum 1-hour client visits.
+ Paid Holiday & Pension.

Qualifications
Essential:
+ Valid UK full driving licence + own car.
+ Must live in Welwyn, Hatfield, Potters Bar, Borehamwood or surrounding area's.
+ Must be prepared to work on alternate weekend's your agreed shift hours.
+ Right to Work in the UK.
Additional Information
We are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
