Applications Support Engineer (NetSuite) – Hybrid Milton Keynes
Take ownership of NetSuite in a growing, nationwide business that values technology and empowers its people. As the sole Applications Support Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert, supporting Finance and HR modules while helping shape how core systems run and improve.
What you’ll do:
* Provide day-to-day NetSuite support, troubleshooting and resolving issues to keep the business running smoothly
* Act as the primary contact for users, translating technical issues into clear, practical solutions
* Maintain and configure NetSuite features, including workflows, roles, forms, saved searches, and third-party integrations
* Support upgrades, releases, and testing while ensuring data accuracy, documentation, and governance best practices
* Learn and gradually support other business applications over time
* Must have a Strong understanding of finance processes in NetSuite
What we’re looking for:
* Hands-on NetSuite experience, strong finance knowledge, and confidence making small configuration changes
* Comfortable troubleshooting independently and escalating when needed
* Self-motivated, organised, and confident engaging stakeholders one-to-one
