Expert Construction welcome applications for this new position with an established Main Contractor in the Co Derry area. This is a permanent position and will be exclusively based in their Head Office.Duties & Responsibilities:Support the procurement process across multiple live projects, ensuring materials, plant and services are sourced efficiently and competitively.Place purchase orders, liaise closely with suppliers and internal project teams,Track deliveries against programme requirements and resolve any supply issues as they arise.Liaise with Site personnel to coordinate orders & deliveriesAssist with supplier negotiations, maintain accurate procurement records, monitor costs against budgets and build strong working relationships with both new and existing suppliers to support successful project delivery.Level of Experience required: Recent experience in a Buyer or procurement-focused role, within construction or a related industryStrong knowledge of supply chain coordination and purchase order managementAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environmentStrong attention to detail with a professional and organised approachExcellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with site and commercial teamsFor further details on this vacancy, please contact Kevin on or forward a CV using the link below.Skills:Buyer Estimator Quantity SurveyorWHJS1_NI
