Digital Workplace Support Team Lead
We are working with a client who are looking for a hands-on Digital Workplace Support Team Lead to take charge of their end-user IT support function. You’ll manage a talented team that keeps the people connected, productive, and supported.
Responsibilities:
1. Leading and inspiring a Digital Workplace Support Team to deliver an exceptional end-user experience.
2. Making sure laptops, mobiles, collaboration tools, and meeting room tech all just work when people need them.
3. Driving upgrades, patching, and improvements across desktop and device management platforms.
4. Partnering with Service Desk and wider Tech teams to boost first-time fix rates and streamline processes.
5. Rolling up your sleeves to provide technical expertise when it matters most.
6. Training, mentoring, and sharing knowledge to build a stronger, smarter team.
Experience:
7. Experience leading a desktop or digital workplace support team.
8. Great communication skills-able to explain technical stuff in plain English.
9. Strong background in Windows 10/11, Office 365, networking, and hardware support.
10. Bonus points for Mac OS, Apple devices, AV systems, and mobile device management (iOS/Android).
11. Knowledge of patching tools (SCCM, JAMF, VMware) and ITIL practices.
