Psychology Teacher - Swindon Immediate Start | Full-Time MPS/UPS (£32,916-£51,048)
Academics Ltd are supporting a secondary school in Swindon that is seeking a dedicated Psychology Teacher. This is an excellent opportunity to start immediately and help students develop their understanding of human behaviour, mental processes, and social sciences.
Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging Psychology lessons across KS4 and KS5 Encourage critical thinking and discussion on psychological concepts Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback Maintain a positive, inclusive, and focused classroom environment * Promote safeguarding and student wellbeing
Ideal Candidate Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Strong subject knowledge in Psychology Experience teaching in a secondary school setting Confident classroom management skills * Enthusiastic, collaborative, and reflective approach
