Working as a trusted partner to the COO, this role goes beyond traditional PMO boundaries it's hands-on, high-impact, and crucial to our growth trajectory.Youll be responsible for shaping and delivering transformation programmes, embedding structured governance, and creating a culture of high performance and accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of transformation programmes across multiple business areasEstablish and embed governance and delivery frameworks to ensure project successDefine project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocationDevelop operational strategies that align with commercial and business goalsManage competing priorities and ensure effective cross-departmental collaborationDrive accountability, track KPIs, and ensure timely, high-quality deliveryUtilise data to inform decisions and improve business performanceChampion cultural change and develop a performance-focused mindset across teamsAct as the COOs strategic partner and sounding board for transformation effortsRequired Skills & ExperienceProven track record delivering large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiativesStrong commercial acumen and business insightAble to operate strategically while delivering tacticallyExceptional stakeholder management and influencing skillsStructured and detail-oriented with a bias for actionResilient, decisive, and comfortable in high-pressure environmentsExperience in high-growth, fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environments preferredComfortable leading change in complex, evolving settingsLeadership & CultureActively challenge underperformance and missed deadlinesPromote capability building and upskilling within teamsBring positive energy and inspire high levels of engagementAble to zoom in to problem-solve and zoom out to guide strategyOperate with high autonomy, ownership, and visibilityKey Projects in FocusMajor facilities transformationEngineering & governance implementationHealth & Safety transformation (to be scoped)Preferred BackgroundFMCGHigh-volume manufacturingExposure to high-growth or scale-up business environmentsWhat Were Looking For on Your CVDemonstrated transformation delivery scope, scale, and resultsProcess improvement and problem-solving capabilitiesEvidence of resilience and success under pressureClear business outcomes and lessons learnedInfluence, ownership, and real-world impactINDMANDue to the high number of applications, we may not be able to respond to everyone individually.
