The Role


As CRM Tooling Lead, you will take full ownership of our Bloomreach CRM platform, driving player engagement and retention at scale. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll optimize, innovate, and ensure our CRM is a true growth driver for the business.


What You'll Be Doing

* Drive platform excellence – Be the go-to expert for Bloomreach, ensuring alignment with retention goals while building scalable CRM infrastructure.
* Optimize and innovate – Audit current usage, identify opportunities, and deliver a roadmap that maximizes platform capabilities.
* Bridge business needs with solutions – Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable tooling solutions, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate implementations.
* Empower teams through training – Create resources and provide support that enables stakeholders to effectively leverage CRM tools.
* Measure impact and drive improvement – Partner with BI to track KPIs, deliver reporting to leadership, and stay ahead of industry trends.

* Platform mastery – Deep expertise with Bloomreach and proven ability to optimize complex marketing automation workflows.
* Strategic thinking & roadmapping – Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and platform roadmaps that drive measurable results.
* Stakeholder collaboration – Strong communication skills, able to work across Product, BI, and Marketing while managing vendor relationships.
* Data-driven mindset – Confident with analytics, reporting, and using insights to guide optimization and decision-making.
* Training and enablement – Skilled in designing and delivering training programs that empower teams to use CRM tools independently.
* Innovation focus – Curious and proactive in adopting new CRM trends to enhance customer engagement and retention.
