We are seeking a qualified Level 2 Plumber to join our team, specialising in lead pipe replacement for residential properties. The role involves replacing lead water supply pipes with approved modern materials, ensuring all work meets current water regulations and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out the replacement of lead water supply pipes in domestic properties.
* Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and upgrades in accordance with current regulations.
* Accurately assess work required and provide appropriate solutions.
* Work safely and efficiently in residential environments.
* Maintain accurate records and job documentation.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and team members.
Requirements:
* Level 2 Plumbing qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience working on domestic water supply systems.
* Knowledge of lead pipe replacement and relevant regulations.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full UK driving licence (preferred).
* Good communication and customer service skills.
Desirable:
* Experience working on water company or housing association contracts.
* Knowledge of health & safety standards and safe working practices.
