General Manager at 1 Mill Street and Make Good Grow
Mill Street is on the move.
Five years in, Mill Street has already reshaped how people connect, collaborate, and celebrate, and we’re only just getting started. We’ve built a thriving community, reimagined what a coffeehouse, bar, and events hub can be, and caught the attention of people well beyond Leamington. Now, we’re using that expertise to go further — scaling what we do, shaping new opportunities, and taking Mill Street into its next chapter.
That’s why we’re looking for a visionary Head of Hospitality & Events to lead the charge.
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of our coffeehouse, bar, and events programme — setting the vision, driving performance, and raising the standard across all areas of hospitality. This isn’t just about managing operations; it’s about leading with ambition, bringing fresh ideas to life, and creating experiences that define and elevate our community.
We want someone who will be inspired by what we’ve achieved so far — and energised by what comes next. Someone with the creativity, commercial edge, and leadership to help us shape the future Mill Street. This is a very exciting time to join the team.
Why 1 Mill Street?
1 Mill Street is more than a venue — it’s a thriving community where work, play, and purpose collide. From a buzzing coffeehouse to unforgettable events, everything we do is designed to spark connection, fuel creativity, and make a real impact.
Here, hospitality isn’t just service — it’s the heartbeat of our community. As part of our team, you’ll be shaping experiences that bring people together, drive member success, and leave a lasting mark on the wider community. If you’re ambitious, creative, and excited to lead something bigger than the everyday, Mill Street is where you’ll thrive.
Mill Street is on the cusp of something even bigger. With exciting external opportunities on the horizon, we’re ready to explore new ways to grow, collaborate, and elevate what we do. We want someone who doesn’t just want to manage what exists today, but who’s energised by the chance to shape what’s next — driving fresh ideas, ambitious projects, and the future of Mill Street hospitality.
