What you’ll be doing Registering and qualifying buyers—understanding what they really want Arranging and conducting property viewings Generating and booking market appraisals Negotiating offers and progressing sales Building strong, lasting relationships with buyers and vendors Delivering a high level of service from first enquiry to completion Keeping systems up to date and compliant What we’re looking for Confident, articulate, and comfortable speaking with people all day Target-driven with a genuine hunger to earn and succeed Positive attitude and strong work ethic Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload Someone who wants a long-term career—not just a job ✅ Requirements Full UK driving licence and access to your own car Previous sales or property experience is helpful—but attitude matters more What’s in it for you?
