Vacancy: Business Support Advisors (BSA) Closing Date: 14/04/2024 Shortlisting Date: 17/04/2024 Interview Date: 30/04/2024 Salary: £25,930.21 About the vacancy: We've got an exciting oppotunity for two Business Support Advisors (BSA) to join NCH Communty development and housing support team Customer experience team (12 month FTC) The roles with NCH consists of crucial administrative duties to both our Regeneration & Community Development, Housing Support teams, and our Customer experiance teams These roles will undertake any administrative work and business support required to ensure the effective operation of the Homes & Communities department, such as: Raising orders and processing invoices across the service area. You will develop a network of collaborative, productive and effective working relationships across the Homes & Communities department and with colleagues across the association, to ensure a 'one team' approach is taken to service delivery. You will resolve day-to-day challenges that may arise, including re-scheduling appointments and negotiating with relevant internal and external stakeholders, customers and colleagues. You will organise and participate in meetings as required, produce and circulate agendas, reports and papers, and take notes of meetings. Especially around the Complex case and Community Investment panel. You will support the production and delivery of 'What matters' plans within neighbourhoods in line with customer expectations as well as the development of the asset mapping documentation, to include support services. You will assist with the organisation of community based events and initiatives, to enhance service provision. You will process data and information to ensure that systems are accurate and are kept up-to-date at all times. Specifically around our Housing support referral system [triage/monitoring ] and the of the Community investment reporting document. (Please refer to the attached role profile for more information.)
