Work arrangement: 2 days per week in the office / 3 days at home.
The role involves managing digital and content marketing campaigns for international clients, ensuring value delivery and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include campaign management, client communication, project coordination, and reporting, working closely with sales, editorial, and marketing teams. No direct line management is involved.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of campaign delivery for assigned clients, including proposals, onboarding, project management, content design, and reporting.
2. Maximise revenue by overseeing campaign execution, ensuring quality and deadlines, and contributing to revenue targets.
3. Provide excellent client service through regular communication and meetings, building long-term relationships.
4. Assist clients in designing and delivering campaigns across various channels like content creation, email marketing, webinars, videos, and lead nurturing.
5. Review campaign performance, collaborate with teams to improve results, and communicate successes.
6. Monitor client satisfaction and retention, identifying opportunities for added value.
7. Utilize project management, CRM, and analytics tools for campaign coordination and delivery.
8. Potentially manage other projects or initiatives.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Passion for collaboration, excellent communication, and relationship management skills.
* Attention to detail and diligent follow-through.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical skills for campaign performance review.
* At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within services, marketing, or related fields.
* Experience in project management or coordination.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with CRM and marketing tools like Hubspot, Monday.com, Salesforce.
* Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics.
* Data analysis skills using Excel, PowerBI, etc.
