AMDG Holdings are looking for a highly organised and confident Recruitment Administrator to support our Talent function in a candidate-heavy, delivery-focused role. You will be responsible for building and managing recruitment pipelines, engaging candidates via call lists, conducting pre-screen interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and supporting candidates through to offer stage. No experience is required to be successful in this role. This role is on-site in S63 Monday - Friday. Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Management Build and maintain call lists Keep job boards up-to date with latest vacancies Proactively engage with candidates via outbound calls, emails, and messages Conduct initial, structured pre-screen interviews to assess suitability, motivation, and availability of candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS Interview & Stakeholder Coordination Book and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process Offer & Process Management Support the offer process, including verbal offers, negotiations (where appropriate), and offer acceptance Track candidate progress through interview and offer stages Ensure all recruitment activity is compliant with internal processes and GDPR requirements ATS & Database Management Use the ATS daily to manage vacancies, candidates, and recruitment workflows Skills & Experience Required Essential Confidence communicating with people by phone and email Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to pivot priorities in line with changing hiring demands and follow direction from the Principal when required Clear, professional communication skills when speaking with candidates and hiring managers Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured way Comfortable working with systems and maintaining accurate records A proactive, reliable approach with a willingness to learn Desirable (but not essential) Previous experience in a recruitment administrator or resourcer role Exposure to working with an ATS or candidate database Experience supporting recruitment activity in a fast-paced environment Awareness of recruitment compliance and GDPR best practice Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates looking to start or develop a career in recruitment.
