After School Club Activity Lead – Bromley Area (Multiple Sites)

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a well-established after school club company that is looking to recruit a bubbly, proactive, and enthusiastic Activity Lead to support children across multiple sites in and around Bromley.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is passionate about creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for pupils from EYFS to Key Stage 2.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
3:00pm – 6:00pm
Term-time only
Based across various school sites in the Bromley area
The Role:
Leading and delivering a range of creative, active, and engaging after school activities
Supervising children aged EYFS – KS2 in a safe and supportive environment
Encouraging participation, teamwork, and positive behaviour
Supporting with snack time and daily routines
Building positive relationships with children, parents, and school staff
The Ideal Candidate Will Be:
Energetic, friendly, and approachable
Proactive and able to use their initiative
Confident managing groups of children of varying ages
Passionate about working with children and supporting their development
Reliable and flexible to work across multiple sites
Requirements:
Previous childcare experience is essential
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
Strong communication skills
Right to work in the UK
