Key Responsibilities
* Utilisation and implementation of CI (LSS) tools and techniques across a variety of business areas while upskilling line staff to ensure changes are embedded and sustained.
* Lead on benefits identification across End‑to‑End processes and manage interdependencies.
* Provide development and coaching to colleagues within the internal team in areas of expertise.
* Coach Team Managers and Business Leads on CI tools and techniques to develop sustainable capability.
* Provide support and advice on Continuous Improvement ways of working to Business Leaders.
* Create workshop designs to facilitate a variety of sessions/topics across business areas and stakeholder groups.

Requirements
* Extensive experience managing and re‑engineering processes and business performance across a range of functions with positive outcomes.
* Deep knowledge of change management, lean, agile, and Six Sigma techniques, and experience delivering projects with senior management groups.
* Experience with Capital Design and Delivery in the utilities industry is ideal.
* Strong character, positivity, and a caring attitude.

* Salary of £53,000 to £62,000
