We are looking for an experienced and proactive Domiciliary Care Manager or Business Development Lead who knows how to generate referrals and grow a service from the ground up. The right person will have hands-on experience tapping into local authority frameworks, identifying referral pathways, and applying to NHS and council frameworks to bring in new business. You'll be responsible for unlocking referral routes through discharge teams, brokers, care coordinators, and other professionals.
The ideal candidate will:
* Know how to generate and manage care referrals from the NHS and local councils.
* Understand the tendering process and be able to write and submit bids independently.
* Have a clear grasp of commissioning, care package development, and referral pipelines.
* Be confident in business development and relationship building with stakeholders.
* Be passionate about establishing a new care brand and making it trusted and visible.
This role is for 16 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours as the client base grows. The immediate focus is on business development and referral generation, laying the foundations for service delivery and long-term growth.
