We have a superb opportunity for a dynamic, motivated and highly professionalFood & Beverage Managerto lead and inspire our restaurant and bar teams.

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will:
6. Lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and bar
7. Inspire, train and develop your team to deliver exceptional service
8. Drive revenue performance while maintaining strong cost control
9. Work closely with senior leadership to continually elevate the guest experience

10. Proven management experience within a quality-led hotel, restaurant or bar
11. Strong food and beverage knowledge with a passion for excellence
