Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm Salary £55,000 - £60,000 plus bonus ?? About the Company My client is a specialist distributor supplying the construction and mechanical & electrical sectors with fixings, support systems, containment, tools and related products across the UK. Operating from their Northfleet HQ, they are known for: Strong stock availability Technical expertise Responsive service supporting fast-paced project environments With continued growth and a global supplier base, my client is investing heavily in strengthening its supply chain and planning capability. ?? The Role: Supply Chain Manager You will take full ownership of end-to-end supply chain planning, including: Leading the monthly S&OP process Building short-, medium- and long-term demand forecasts Managing global suppliers and international imports Overseeing inventory across multiple UK locations, including a 3PL Driving continuous improvement in systems, processes and data Leading a team of three (Buyer, Supply Chain Assistant, Purchasing Administrator) This role reports into the Operations Director and plays a key part in ensuring my client delivers high availability, optimised stock levels and best-in-class supplier performance. ?? What They're Looking For Strong experience in demand & supply planning Background in a UK distribution or construction/M&E supply environment Knowledge of international sourcing & import processes Confident with ERP/MRP systems & advanced Excel Excellent stakeholder management and communication A proactive, hands-on leader who drives improvement ??
