About the Role
We are seeking a Dispute Resolution Associate (NQ-7 PQE) to join a busy IP disputes team. The team manages complex patent and SPC litigation, often across multiple jurisdictions and occasionally handles trade mark, design and regulatory disputes. This role offers exposure to high-profile cases in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment and is ideal for candidates with a STEM background and strong patent litigation experience.
Key Responsibilities
 * Advise on and manage patent and SPC litigation matters in life sciences, technology and engineering sectors
 * Support senior colleagues in multi-jurisdictional disputes
 * Assist with trade mark, design and regulatory disputes as required
 * Contribute to maintaining excellent client service and team success
 * Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the firm to deliver commercially focused advice.
Skills and Experience Required
 * NQ-7 PQE with experience in intellectual property dispute resolution, predominantly patent litigation
 * Exposure to life sciences, technology, or engineering sectors
 * STEM degree with strong academic performance
 * Intellectual curiosity and passion for technology and its intersection with the law
 * Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, challenging environment
 * Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with clients and colleagues
 * Knowledge of a European language is desirable but not essential
