Interim Ecommerce Manager (1–3 Months) – Central London – Agency PAYE
We’re partnering with a well-established, medium-sized luxury retailer based in Central London to find an experienced Ecommerce Manager for an immediate interim assignment (1–3 months). This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable owning the full ecommerce lifecycle end-to-end.
The Role
You’ll step in to keep the ecommerce function running at pace while the business hires a permanent team member. From product setup through to performance reporting, you’ll take full ownership and ensure the online channel continues to trade effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations across the website
* Own product uploads, merchandising, and onsite optimisation
* Monitor performance and produce regular trading reports
* Identify quick-win opportunities to improve conversion and UX
* Work closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, buying, and tech
* Stay up to date with the latest ecommerce tools, platforms, and trends
Requirements
* Proven experience in a hands-on Ecommerce Manager role
* Strong Shopify experience is essential
* Background in fashion (footwear experience a bonus)
* Comfortable working across the full ecommerce lifecycle
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to hit the ground running
* Up to date with current ecommerce technology and best practices

* Duration: 1–3 months (potential to convert to permanent)
* Location: Central London - Five days a week in the office
* Contract: Paid via agency payroll (PAYE)
