About the job:
The Retail Motor Pricing Manager will support the development of our retail motor pricing capabilities, reporting to the Retail Pricing Lead. You will oversee end-to-end street pricing for your channel, adapting to market changes and technological advancements. Collaboration with stakeholders across Personal Lines will be essential to influence strategy and achieve business goals.
You will lead a team of Pricing Analysts, fostering their development and encouraging a diverse skill set. Your focus will be on utilizing data, commercial insights, experience, and judgment to deliver innovative and effective pricing actions.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Extensive experience in Pricing, ideally within Motor or Home insurance
* Leadership skills to prioritize workloads aligned with business objectives and develop team capabilities
* Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to translate customer requirements into effective pricing strategies
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers
