Roofer (Full-Time)
Location: West Midlands
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Job Type: Full-Time
Driving Licence: Required
About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Roofer to join a growing team delivering high-quality roofing solutions across a range of residential and commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who takes pride in their workmanship and is looking for stable, long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out a variety of roofing works including installation, repairs, and maintenance
* Work on pitched and flat roofing systems
* Install tiles, slates, felt, and other roofing materials to a high standard
* Inspect roofs and identify faults or potential issues
* Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
* Collaborate effectively with team members and site supervisors
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
* Travel to various sites as required
Requirements
* Proven experience as a roofer or in a similar role
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Good knowledge of roofing techniques, materials, and safety standards
* Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable
* CSCS card (preferred)
* Experience across multiple roofing systems (flat and pitched)
