Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Engineer located near Ashby-De-La-Zouch, with on site servicing and repairs nationwide. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, performing maintenance and repairs, providing technical support, and conducting field service visits. Responsibilities include ensuring our equipment is operational and meets performance standards, addressing technical issues, and maintaining high customer service levels.
* Some overnight stays may be required.
* Long distance travel required occasionally for services/repairs.
Qualifications
* Experience in Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
* Excellent Field Service and Communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in power generation, ideally stage v
* Relevant technical qualifications or certifications
