Our client, based in Aberdeen, is seeking a Chef to join their onshore team on a permanent staff basis. RESPONSIBILITIES Some of the duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Ordering of all provisions including dry goods. Preparing daily breakfast & lunch menus and cooking same. Costing new items coming onto menus. Checking deliveries, sorting problems as and when they arise. Arranging paperwork for Accounts Payable department. Ensuring the kitchen is clean and tidy at all times. Ensuring temperature logs are carried out and are up to date. Ensuring kitchen meets legal requirements for HSE & EHO. Ensuring all mandatory regulations are up to date and met. Advise Office Facilities Manager or Office Facilities Assistant of any faults or defects. Any other duties as required by the Office Facilities Manager. REQUIREMENTS Commis chef, Sous-chef or higher.
