Pay: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (DOE)

Luma Education Recruitment is seeking a caring and experienced EYFS Nursery Practitioner to join a supportive nursery. You’ll plan and deliver engaging activities, support children’s learning and development, and nurture their social and emotional growth in a positive, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities for children within the nursery.
* Support learning, social, emotional, and physical development in a safe, nurturing environment.
* Observe and record progress to guide next steps.
* Maintain a calm, inclusive setting and promote positive behaviour.
Requirements
* Level 2-3 childcare qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ, or equivalent).
* Experience working with children aged 0–6 years in a nursery or early years setting.
* Knowledge of EYFS framework and child development principles.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills with colleagues and parents.
* Understanding of health, safety, and safeguarding practices in childcare.
* Enhanced DBS (on Update Service) required prior to starting.
