About The Role
Days of Working: Monday - Friday, with occasional weekends
Are you passionate about customer service and security? Join OCS as a Security Officer in the Courts and Tribunal System. We value your dedication and offer opportunities for growth and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming and guiding court users.
2. Monitor premises and visitors via CCTV, x-ray machines, and conduct security checks such as metal detectors and bag searches.
3. Patrol and secure access points, maintaining communication with the control room via radios.
4. Respond to panic alarms and security incidents, recording details appropriately.
Candidate Requirements
* Right to work in the UK.
* Enhanced DBS and BS7858 security clearance (to be completed).
* SIA Licence.
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
* High diligence and work standards.
* Effective communication skills.
