About the Family This, welcoming family includes mum, dad, and their four children aged 9, 6, 4, and 18 months. The children are full of life and curiosity, with a shared love for adventure from show jumping and football to all things sporty and outdoors. They’re kind, confident, and well-mannered little ones who have been raised with gentle, attachment-based parenting and limited screen time. They tidy up after themselves, enjoy helping out, and love spending time together as a team. Life on the family’s beautiful estate is never dull, complete with alpacas, donkeys, guinea pigs, and even a swimming pool to keep everyone entertained. The Role Your role will centre around creating a nurturing, stimulating environment where each child can flourish. While the older children are at school for much of the week, your days will mainly focus on the 18-month-old (and occasionally the 4-year-old). Saturdays bring a fun mix of all four, filled with activities, playdates, and outdoor adventures. A housekeeper is employed, so your main focus will be on the children and their development play, learning, creativity, and gentle guidance through their daily routines. The ideal nanny will be calm, proactive, and intuitive, someone who can read the room, step in where needed, and balance fun with structure. You’ll work alongside the parents as a team to ensure a smooth-running, happy household.
