From the outset, you'll begin studying towards your Chartered Accountant qualification, with your first exams scheduled within the first few months. Rest assured, you'll have support every step of the way.
As part of our audit team, you will perform thorough, risk-focused reviews of clients' financial records, processes, and controls. Your work will be vital in ensuring the accuracy of financial statements and building stakeholder trust.
You will:
* Become a key team member quickly, engaging in client work early on, initially as part of a larger team before taking on individual responsibilities.
* Own your tasks, preparing you for future supervisory roles.
* Work with diverse clients, including owner-managed businesses, large listed companies, charities, pension schemes, and not-for-profit organizations.
This role is primarily office-based or at client sites, providing opportunities to build relationships and receive support early in your career.

What we are looking for:
We value passion, personality, and originality. To be considered, you should have:
* A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or an equivalent qualification, or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level), along with an obtained or predicted honours degree.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* The ability to analyze and interpret data methodically.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and stay calm under pressure.
* An interest in business and commerce, with organizational and time management skills.
* Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as needed.
Please note, RSM does not accept applications with General Studies, AS levels, or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).
